She has always had a passion to teach other individuals with disabilities just how pivotal this is, both personally and professionally. This is what she does in her role!

Laura was trained in Customized Employment through the State of MN and received Benefit Coach training through Disability HUB MN. With Benefit Coach training accomplished and in addition to being a consultant, as a Benefit Coach she will assist individuals to navigate their Social Security cash assistance and other federal, State, and local benefits and health care benefits such as Medicare, Medical Assistance, and Medical Assistance for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD) and understand how these benefits will be impacted upon working. There are many myths and misconceptions about receiving benefits and working out there, and Laura is here to clear those up!
