INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Inclusive Networking and Land O'Lakes established an internship program for people with intellectual & developmental disabilities in 2022.
We are just completing our second year of this program. In total, Land O' Lakes has hosted nine interns for a 6-9 month term.
We are looking for departments interested in hosting an intern for round 3 in 2025!
IT'S A WIN-WIN
We will work with your department to find unmet needs an intern could fulfill and facilitate the hire and ongoing support.
In turn, an intern will gain valuable work experience in a community setting!
