OUR THREE PRONG APPROACH FOR LONG-LASTING SUCCESS

1. Education and Expectations

At Inclusive Networking, we start with education. We believe it is important to make sure everyone understands the expectations and accommodates for any needs the employee may have. We provide the employer and employee with all the information they need to be successful, and to ensure a long lasting healthy employment experience. 

2. Needs & Benefits Analysis

We then conduct an Employer Needs & Benefits Analysis in which we look at the areas in your business that need support. This allows us to create a customized role for a disabled person to fill the employment gap, and sets up both the employer and employee for success. 

3. Close Contact

We stay in close contact with both the client and employee for the first three months of their role to make sure that everyone is adjusting well and that the relationship is healthy and long lasting. Our team of experienced professionals are available to answer any questions or concerns that either party might have.
